Returns and Refunds

We understand that returning a product is not usually a pleasant experience. However, we do try hard to make it as painless as possible. It's an important part of our pursuit of customer service excellence. Getting us involved early is key to achieving the best possible outcome for everyone involved. Please follow these instructions carefully:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • To start a return, you should always contact us first at shop@greenspringhydroponics.com.
  • Once we have a complete understanding of the issue(s) involved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Returned items are always sent directly to the supplier (never sent back to us). Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • A $20 re-stocking fee applies to non-defective product returns

Damaged Products | Defective Products | Incorrect Product Shipped
Please inspect your order immediately after it arrives and contact us if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please provide details on the issue you encountered (photos are always helpful).

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as plants) and custom products (such as special orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the procedure outline above) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
NOTE: A $20 restocking fee applies to non-defective product returns.

Once your return has been received, we'll let you know whether a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If more than 15 business days have lapsed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@greenspringhydroponics.com.
